Any unauthorized use of the site or its content, information that is disclosed there would engage the user’s liability and constitute an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. The same applies to databases appearing, where applicable, on the vtf-sitevacances.com which are protected by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases. As such, any reproduction or extraction would engage the user’s responsibility.

Privacy / Personal data

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a right of access and rectification of personal data concerning you and a right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data. 

You may, in addition, at any time object to the receipt of commercial emails from VTF Vacances through an unsubscribe link on these emails.

Purpose of processing: to present the user with information on the stays offered by VTF, as well as any information necessary for the possible conclusion of a contract with VTF, including if one of the participants is a child. Offer the user content and services tailored to your interests. Manage customer reservations and contracts. 

Recipients of personal data: personal data are exclusively transmitted and used by VTF staff, and the subcontractors in charge of the website and internal applications for managing prospects and customers, and only those who have to process the information on stays and reservations. None of this personal data is provided to third parties outside the control of VTF, for example for advertising or marketing purposes, either within or outside the European Union. For your information, if the Client does not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone, he/she can register free of charge on an opposition list to telemarketing on the website www.bloctel.gouv.fr

Data retention period: 

  • For a person who has never concluded a contract with VTF for a stay, the personal data are kept three years after the last contact (on the initiative of the person concerned) between the person concerned and VTF (Cf. standard extended by the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/les-durees-de-conservation-des-donnees). At the end of these three years, an explicit request for consent will be addressed to him/her, in the form of an annual consent collection campaign. 

  • For a person who has concluded at least one contract with VTF for a stay, the personal data are kept 10 years after the performance of the service (Cf Article L213- 1 of the Consumer Code) 

  • For all Internet users, the connection data is recorded in a log and kept for one year. Your rights regarding your personal data: if you want to assert your rights regarding the protection of your personal data (see the GDPR), please send a request by email to contact-RGPD@vt>vacances.com

Right of appeal to a supervisory authority: If you wish to make an appeal to the French supervisory authority, you can contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
