The VTF loyalty programme, Fidélà
How do you earn loyalty vouchers?
From your very first stay with VTF, you get free access to the Fidélà programme and start collecting discounts to use on a future stay in a VTF holiday village in France or abroad.
Each stay earns you a numbered loyalty voucher, valid for 24 months, according to the scale below:
- 30€ excl. tax on a stay in France = 1€ discount
- 200€ excl. tax on a stay abroad = 1€ discount
How do you use your loyalty vouchers?
They can be used in an agency or online and deducted from all or part of a future stay of at least 2 nights, on a full-board, half-board or self-catering basis in a VTF holiday village in France or on trips abroad, and can be combined with other promotions and discounts.
