The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You will find a shop with regional products, post card, games board and loan rackets.

Nous tenons à partager notre expérience globale, marquée par des points forts et quelques axes d’amélioration.
Restauration
Les premiers repas du séjour étaient plutôt moyens, mais l’équipe a su rapidement redresser la qualité par la suite. Le repas de Noël, en revanche, n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes : l’ambiance festive manquait, la décoration était minimaliste, et l’attente a été longue. Le saumon fumé, servi en buffet, a entraîné du gaspillage (restes dans les assiettes) et une pénurie pour les derniers convives. Un service à l’assiette aurait sans doute permis plus d’élégance et moins de perte.
Espace bien-être
Le hammam était en panne et le jacuzzi froid, ce qui a limité notre plaisir. Certains participants ont également manqué de respect pour les lieux. Malgré cela, le personnel a réagi avec une grande réactivité pour résoudre les petits problèmes techniques, ce que nous avons apprécié.
Animations et personnel
Un grand merci à Thomas et Sofia, un duo d’animation très gai ! Sofia, en particulier, a été remarquable tout au long de la semaine, et nous espérons la retrouver lors d’un prochain séjour. L’arrivée d’une équipe presque entièrement renouvelée a pu expliquer quelques ajustements en début de séjour, mais leur implication a été palpable.
La venue du Père Noël a ravi les enfants (et les grands !), une touche très appréciée.
Chambre (n°38)
Quelques désagréments techniques : un éclairage trop faible, un bouton de lampe principale mal placé, trop haut, et des volets difficiles à fermer car trop loin. Résultat : nous avons souvent manqué de lumière.
Points positifs
Nous saluons les initiatives anti-gaspi mises en place, ainsi que les animations de fin d'après-midi qui nous ont permis de découvrir des spécialités fromagères. Un merci particulier à la femme de ménage pour son travail impeccable et sa gentillesse, ainsi qu’à l’équipe du restaurant, toujours souriante, et à la responsable des réservations pour son accueil chaleureux.
Malgré quelques imperfections, l’équipe a su faire preuve de professionnalisme et de bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Nous vous encourageons pour les améliorations à venir.
