The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You will find a shop with regional products, post card, games board and loan rackets.

Point fort même extra fort: la cuisine! c'était trop bon! d'excellents plats tous les jours et félicitation spéciale au chef et sa brigade pour le pot au feu de 22h! ainsi que l'équipe de service qui est adorable (dédicace spéciale pour Salif de la part de Raphaël)
Point fort également : Antoine, Kévin, Laetitia, Chloé, Solo sans oublier le patron! tous très accueillants, dévoués, disponibles et très proches des "touristes" (partie de billards en communs, jeux de société c'est très humains! et çà fait plaisir :-)
Yves, on adoré votre rando raquette autour du lac de Guéry! merci pour votre naturel, vos adresses secrètes lol et votre connaissances des milieux naturels auvergnats.
Merci aux professionnels pour l'escalade et le tir à l'arc, au top on a adoré!
Sacré + : la navette et le carrefour des régions avec Kévin en animation au top!
Respect des autres: pas de bruit, silencieux, pas de mal à se reposer.
il faut aussi parler de ce qu'il y a de moins bien: le bâtiment vieilli...l'odeur dans notre salle de bain était pas top...obliger de fermer la porte et de faire couler l'eau pour évacuer les odeurs, pareil dans les vestiaires de la piscine pour les odeurs...piscine chauffée mais loin des portes extérieures sinon çà caille. Route complètement défoncée à l'entrée de la propriété du VTF, attention à vos pneus! Petit bémol pour le club enfant 6 - 12 ans : quand je confie mon enfant à un club enfant je veux être en confiance. Lorsque l'animateur ne respecte pas les horaires voir les activités prévues, je ne peux pas le déposer sereinement et partir tranquille...du coup je ne le dépose pas. Je change mon programme prévu, et mon enfant est déçu c'est ce qui est le plus dur.
Cependant nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, rencontrés des gens formidables et riche en gentillesse, merci :-)

Bonne semaine dans ce VTF pour une première expérience à la montagne avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Les repas étaient bons et variés. Propreté irréprochable. Les seules choses à reprocher: la literie de mauvaise qualité et le bar fermé à l’heure du goûter/café.
