Preparing my holidays

Your holiday villages offer pedestrian access, so that the little ones can enjoy snowball fights and toboggan runs in complete safety. 

Enjoy your holiday in warm, comfortably furnished accommodation, with all the equipment you need, whatever your holiday option. Most of our holiday villages, residences and hotels are rated 3* by Atout France. 

Whichever you choose, sheets, duvets and blankets are waiting for you in your accommodation, as are your towels for full and half board, and of course you have access to all the entertainment and facilities. Beds are made on arrival for full and half board.

Arrival and departure times

From 5 p.m. on the 1st day (1st service dinner, full board or half board) to 10 a.m. on the day of departure (last service breakfast, full board or half board) for the following stays:  

• Weekly stay Saturday/Saturday (or more than 4 days) 

• Weekly stays on Sunday/Sunday throughout the summer in Vernet, Métabief, St Sauves, Céreste, Biscarrosse (Mobilhome), Blainville, Biarritz, Singleyrac, Bédoin, Agde, Carcans Les Bruyères or Les Oyats, but also outside the school holidays in spring and autumn. 

• 10-day stay from 5 to 15/07, from 15 to 25/07, from 25/07 to 4/08, from 4 to 14/08, from 14 to 24/08 or from 24/08 to 3/09/25 in Savines, Le Sauze, Céreste, Joyeuse (except 4-p. mobile home), Vernet, La Plagne, Doucy, St Sauves, Riec (except rental), Blainville, Carcans les Oyats and Les Bruyères (except 5/6 rental). 

From 5 p.m. on the 1st day (1st service dinner with full or half board) to 2 p.m.* on the last day (last service lunch with full board, breakfast with half board) for weekends and short breaks (2 to 4 days):  
* 10am during school holidays 

If you arrive before 5pm your accommodation may not be available. 

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please let the village know as soon as possible. You may be offered a cold meal with full or half board. 

Weekdays, short breaks, midweeks or weekends with à la carte arrivals/departures in certain villages on certain dates.

Make the pleasure last

• Early arrival: book lunch on the day of your arrival and have your accommodation available from 2 p.m. (instead of 5 p.m.).
• Late departure: book lunch on the day of your departure and your accommodation is available until midday (instead of 10 a.m.).

Services

• Bedding & linen : bedding is provided for all stays (sheets, duvet or blanket, pillows) and a bath mat as well as towels for full board and half board (one towel and one bath sheet per person). Beds are made on arrival for full and half board. 

We offer a weekly change of bathroom linen for a supplement of €3 (information at the village reception desk). 

• Towels are not provided for rental. 

We offer an additional towel kit comprising 1 large towel + 1 small towel for 9€ (information at the village reception). 

Don't forget your bath towels for swimming in the pool and in our fitness areas: sauna, spa and jacuzzi! 

VTF towels are also on sale at reception if you want to travel light. 

A laundry room is available, with washing machine and tumble dryer tokens available on request from the village reception. An iron is also available in the laundry room. 

• For holidays with baby: special baby cots (120 x 60) with bedding available on request on arrival, baths at reception and high chairs in the restaurant.

Practical information

• Deposit: a deposit of €150 is required on arrival (except in special cases), preferably by cheque. It is returned on the day of departure, after a check of the cleanliness of the accommodation and an inventory. It covers the equipment provided. 
  In the event of departure at night, without an inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned at a later date, subject to any deductions for which, in this case, the position of VTF cannot be contested. 
• Membership : valid from 1/11 to 31/10, it is 44€/family and 22€/individual and campsite. 
• Tourist tax: this is added to your bill, except in special cases. The amount per day and per person varies according to the VTF holiday villages concerned. 
• Pets: pets are not allowed for health and safety reasons. Failure to comply with this clause will result in your being banned from the village. Special cases: holiday villages where pets are allowed. An extra charge will be made for disinfecting accommodation after departure. Vaccination booklet compulsory. A maximum of one pet per family, except for Pitbull and Rottweiler-type dogs that may present a danger to others.
