Your holidays in Maurienne
Balcons de Maurienne is a holiday village located 15km from Saint-Jean de Maurienne, near Les Karellis ski resort (Savoy - French Alps). To make your organization easier, every facilities (including accommodation, catering, kids clubs, bars, etc.) are gathered in a single building at the foot of the slopes. The resort center (shops, ski school, starting chairlifts ...) is 200 meters.

The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Night watchman from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Secure access code.
You will find a shop with regional products, post card, games board and loan rackets.

L endroit est idéal pied de pistes mais l établissement est vieillissant pas entretenu correctement et surtout hygiène et choix alimentaires très moyen . Ayant discuté avec le nouveau directeur de la restauration et le personnel de l accueil depuis un certain temps des critiques viennent de la restauration...dommage pourcela et de plus. Le personnel de restauration règlent leur compte en plein service le réfectoire est vraiment pas propre vaisselle sale plateaux couverts.. bref à revoir pour cela car ça gâche quand même le séjour.

le personnel hébergé à coté de notre chambre fumait, l'odeur sentait dans notre chambre, ils faisaient du bruit le soir. La vaisselle manque de propreté et le débit n'est pas suffisant en terme de réapprovisionnement du buffet et vaisselle. le personnel est trop restreint. les animations manquent de qualité. Le logement est bien situé et référencé par notre CE, avec un prix abordable mais sans CE je choisirais certainement un autre village vacances à proximité
